Note about schedule changes:
- Any changes in your shift are not applicable until the following week and you are responsible to work or find a sub for whatever shifts you are changing for that last week.
- Any emails after Friday at 12 PM does not guarantee you will be able to work your new shifts the next week and the above still applies.

Example: You want to change your Monday Dinner shift to Friday Prep shift. If you email the HR Manager BEFORE Friday at 12 PM. The next week you will no longer need to work Monday Dinner and will be on Friday Prep.

If you email the HR Manager AFTER Friday: You will need to work Monday Dinner one more time in the upcoming week, but the following week you will not.

Once you have an idea of the schedule change you would like to make, contact the HR manager at windHRmgr@purdue.edu to make the official switch.

If you can't determine a schedule that works for you, there isn't a reason to quit! Come by or make an appointment with the HR Manager to find a personalized schedule for you. :)

Shift Times:

- Schedule is the same every week
- It is a requirement to work either a full closing shift and/or 3.5(+) hours to get a free meal
- Shifts are for the dining court, On-the-Go, Store room, and Back of House Prep
- Choose which shifts work best for you based on your availability and what is conducive to create a healthy balance between work, school, and social life . :)

Meal Times

Most students show up about 20-30 minutes before their shift to change, eat /meet up with their supervisor, then clock-in ( n that order). See the above image for when to eat.
